A home with a story
Our story begins with a property that guests knew as Isabella’s Guesthouse — a place remembered for its old-fashioned hospitality.
After purchasing the guesthouse, we began renovations in August 2026. Our aim was to retain the character and charm of the house while giving it a fresh, clean appearance. We reopened in mid-September 2026 as @91 Waverley, ready to continue that tradition of a warm welcome.

Our garden, swimming pool and outdoor seating areas invite you to take a break from a busy itinerary. Enjoy a morning coffee, relax between meetings or spend time together after exploring Bloemfontein.
Make your stay your own
Choose a guest room for a comfortable overnight visit or a self-catering cottage when you prefer the freedom to cook. Breakfast is an optional extra, and dinners can be arranged Monday to Thursday.
Our wish is simple: to give you a restful, tranquil stay and a welcoming place to return to at the end of the day.
